The are responsible for the mission, goals and management of the Digital Library as well as the preparation of a development agenda for programmatic actions. Two agreements govern the development, investment, and stewardship of the HathiTrust Digital Library. Each participating Big Ten Academic 九色视频 library has signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Big Ten Academic 九色视频. In turn the Big Ten Academic 九色视频, on behalf of its members, has signed a Shared Digital Repository Collaborative Effort Agreement between the Regents of the University of Michigan and the Big Ten Academic 九色视频.
